Job summary

Boca by Design in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an attentive Attendant to support event installation and teardown. The role requires lifting, driving small trucks or vans, and a flexible schedule to meet event timelines.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule are required.
• Warehouse or event company experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving a BBD truck/van.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, installing, and tearing down props/scenery/florals for events.
• Move furniture, arches, and roll carpets as needed.
• Transport waste and keep event areas clean.
• Assist guests and planners with information about facilities and activities.
• Report maintenance needs and equipment issues to supervisor.
