Role Description The Florist will work on-site at the Deerfield Beach, FL location, supporting the design and production of floral arrangements for weddings and events. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing flowers, centerpieces, and decorative installations, and maintaining the freshness and organization of floral inventory. The role involves collaborating with the design team to execute event concepts. There is opportunity to set up and break down floral décor at venues, and ensuring each arrangement meets quality and design standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Floral Design and Flower Arrangements, with an eye for color, composition, and style.
• High level of Creativity Skills
• Working well with our existing floral managers and florist team
• Experience with event Decoration, including on-site setup, breakdown, and coordination with event teams.
• Previous experience as a florist or in event floral production, preferably in weddings or special events.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods, lift and move floral materials and décor, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow design direction while maintaining high quality standards.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by event schedules; valid driver’s license is a plus.
