Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Floral Associate to assist in designing and merchandising floral items, greet customers, and fulfill orders in a fast-paced store environment. You will help maintain displays, process transactions, and provide excellent service while ensuring safety and regulations are followed.

The role requires the ability to multitask, work weekends/holidays when needed, and collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and store standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, present information in a professional manner and work with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Assist in designing and creating floral arrangements to fill customer orders.

• Maintain merchandise and supplies in their areas.
• Operate cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Keep floors clean and safe, and displays well organized.
• Support decorating and merchandising the department.
