Job summary

The Kroger family of companies is seeking a customer-focused associate to greet customers, assist with floral arrangements, and fulfill orders in a fast-paced store environment. You will carry out merchandising tasks, process transactions, and ensure safe, clean displays while providing exceptional service.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and experience in grocery retail. Weekend and holiday availability is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read labels and shelf tags and follow signage.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Work well in a team and provide great service.
• Comfort with basic safety practices and handling cleaning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist and greet customers promptly and provide great service.
• Be courteous, calm, and professional in all interactions.
• Help design and create floral arrangements and fulfill orders.
• Package orders safely and efficiently.
• Maintain merchandise, signs, and cleanliness in the department.
• Assist customers in locating items and processing orders.
