Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking an associate for the floral department to assist in design and merchandising of items for display and customer requests. You will provide excellent service, greet customers, and help fill orders with attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities include arranging flowers, packaging orders, and maintaining clean, organized work and display areas. You may work weekends/holidays and help with decorating, inventory, and checkout operations.

• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, and bulletins.

• Keep carts, tools, and supplies organized.
• Keep floors clean and safe.
• Maintain plants and prepare flower arrangements.
• Ensure signage, rotation, and space allocation are correct.
• Operate cash register per procedures.
