Pickerington, OH – Kroger is seeking an on-site floral department associate to assist in designing and merchandising floral items and fulfilling customer requests. You will greet customers, provide excellent service, and support both display setup and order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Prior grocery retail or customer service experience is a plus for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, labels and bulletins.
