• Exhibit and develop maximum customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote a high level of morale within department and store through honest communication.

• Provide professional examples for other team members to follow.
• Assist in planning, organization, and direction of Floral Department activities.
• Cost out all material to determine proper retails.
• Maintain records and conduct receiving, storing, pricing and merchandising of floral products.
