Responsibilities

• Develop maximum customer relations by floral department personnel through example and policy implementation.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Receive, process, and produce Florist Transworld Delivery orders for delivery.
• Coach and train on pricing, stock rotation, and productivity.
• Support a Customer 1st culture.
• Plan, organize, direct and control Floral Department activities.
• Direct the receiving, storing, pricing, and merchandising of all floral products.
• Order properly to maintain adequate stock and guard against waste.
• Maintain and submit required records and reports and use them effectively.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Analyze department and propose improvements to the store manager.
• Promote and implement company initiatives with positive leadership.
• Supervise direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
• Work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environments.
• Manage conflict in a constructive manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues.
