Your role includes executing merchandising plans, managing inventory and labor costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required as part of this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years’ experience in Floral Department operations.
• Ability to lead by example and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Flexibility in work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of Food City policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example.
• Direct staffing, recruiting, and training for the Floral Department.
• Plan schedules to meet labor standards and forecast weekly sales.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and proper pricing.
• Implement merchandising plans and manage inventory to maximize profitability.
