Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Floral Department functions and Associates.
• Ensure safety, presentation, efficiency in department operations.
• Provide training and coaching to Associates.
• Maintain cleanliness, labeling, pricing, and rotation of items.
• Assist in onboarding and scheduling to meet sales goals.
• Uphold company safety policies and procedures.
• Support food safety and compliance standards.
