Job summary

ShopRite in Aberdeen, NJ seeks a Floral Manager to direct and supervise all Floral Department activities and staff. The role requires managing associates, training, and maintaining inventory, merchandising, and department operations to meet ShopRite service priorities and goals.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak English fluently.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Able to stand/walk for shifting hours.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and occasional 60 lbs.
• Able to work with fresh, dried and/or processed products.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Floral Department functions and staff.
• Ensure safety, presentation, and efficiency in department operations.
• Maintain customer experience and associate engagement to meet goals.
• Lead and train Associates, provide feedback and development.
• Oversee pricing, stocking, and merchandising standards.
