Job summary

ShopRite of Delran, NJ is seeking a Floral Manager to direct all floral department operations and supervise its associates. This role focuses on achieving sales, profit, and excellent Customer Experience under the store manager's guidance.

You will ensure safety, proper product handling, training, and leadership of the floral team. The position emphasizes presentation, efficiency, and strong customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for a scheduled shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to engage and lead associates to department goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Floral Department functions and associates.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper product handling.
• Lead associates to achieve department goals and Customer Experience targets.
• Ensure proper stocking, signage, and display of floral products.
• Maintain temperature logs and department records.
• Complete required training and safety certifications.
