Qualifications

• Proficient reading, writing, speaking English.
• Able to perform basic math.

• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work with products and in varying temperatures.
• Able to climb a ladder to access overhead storage.
• Able to interact with customers and lead associates.
• Adhere to safety and department procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the Floral Department and its associates to meet sales, profit and customer experience goals.
• Lead onboarding, training, and performance feedback for department staff.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local, state, and Federal regulations.
• Maintain product presentation, pricing, and stock levels across the department.
• Coordinate with store management to meet department goals and service priorities.
