Job summary

ShopRite in South Brunswick, NJ seeks a Floral Manager to direct and supervise all Floral Department functions, ensuring sales, profit and customer experience targets are met. You will lead associates, handle training, and uphold safety and presentation standards.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing onboarding, and maintaining accurate pricing, stock, and displays, while promoting safety and efficiency across the department.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English and understand instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for a full shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work with fresh, dried and/or processed products without allergic reactions.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents.
• Ability to climb a ladder to retrieve items.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Ability to work all assigned schedules and time attendance policies.
• Ability to engage and lead Associates to achieve department goals.

Responsibilities
