Job summary

ShopRite, a leading neighborhood retailer, seeks a Floral Manager for the Inserra NJ location in West Milford, NJ. The role directs all floral department operations, drives sales and customer experience, and leads associates to achieve department goals within the company’s safety and service priorities.

Responsibilities include supervising daily department activities, training staff, ensuring product quality and display standards, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company

Qualifications

• Proficient reading, writing, speaking English.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift 25 lbs., occasionally 60 lbs.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
• Ability to engage and lead associates to meet department goals.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Floral Department and its Associates.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support the customer experience.
• Lead staffing and training of department associates and onboard new team members.
• Maintain inventory, pricing, and display standards in the Floral area.
