Job summary

ShopRite of Lincoln Park in New Jersey is seeking a Floral Manager to lead the Floral Department, supervise associates, and drive sales, customer experience, and department goals under the Store Manager.

The role demands strong leadership, safety compliance, and hands-on management of daily operations, staffing, training, and product handling in a fast-paced retail environment. Salary range is $20.00–$21.00 per hour, plus eligible benefits as described.

Qualifications

• Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift 25 lbs., and occasionally lift 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Floral Department and its Associates to achieve department goals (sales, profit, customer experience, and associate engagement) under the direction of the General Store Manager.
• Ensure safety, friendliness, presentation, and efficiency in department operations and customer interactions.
• Lead, train, and engage Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and department standards.
