Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods during shifts.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Floral Department and its associates.
• Maintain safety, presentation, and efficiency in daily operations.
• Lead and engage associates to achieve department goals and customer experience.
• Greet customers, promote promotions, and ensure quality display and stock.
• Coordinate with store leadership to meet sales targets and service standards.
