Job summary

ShopRite is seeking a Floral Manager for the Inserra NJ location to direct and supervise all Floral Department functions and staff. You will drive sales, profit, and customer experience while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to train and engage Associates, and the capacity to manage operations, scheduling, and product presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Able to stand/walk for full shifts.
• Able to perform basic computer tasks.
• Able to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
• Ability to lead and engage associates to meet department goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Floral Department.
• Achieve department goals for sales, profit, and customer experience.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Lead onboarding, training, and development of department associates.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper product handling in the floral area.
