ShopRite is seeking a Floral Manager in Saker, NJ to direct the Floral Department and its associates, aligning with our service priorities of Safety, Friendliness, Presentation, and Efficiency. You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance to meet sales and customer-experience goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and adherence to department standards, with a focus on safety and food-handling policies as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak English clearly.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Able to stand/walk for the shift duration.
• Able to perform basic computer functions.
• Able to lift 25 lbs., occasionally 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Floral Department functions and associates.
• Lead Associates to achieve department goals and customer experience targets.
• Maintain department presentation, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Ensure proper staffing and training within the floral team.
• Assist with food products, catering, and special orders when needed.
