Responsabilités

• Stock assigned areas with available product, minimizing empty shelf space and shrink.
• Face accurately and neatly to maximize sales.
• Rotate stock to ensure freshest products and inspect quality and out-of-date items.
• Recognize customers’ needs and respond accordingly.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge.
• Exhibit teamwork by being flexible and dependable.
• Answer, page, and transfer phone calls promptly and efficiently.
• Remain productive without direct supervision.
• Assist in mentoring and retraining staff as needed, following training programs.
• Check Co-op email at least weekly and adhere to Co-op policies and code of conduct.
