Job summary

• Maintain extensive product knowledge.
• Exhibit teamwork by being flexible and dependable.
• Answer, page, and transfer phone calls promptly and efficiently.

• Assist in mentoring and retraining staff as needed, following training programs.

Assist in the daily operations of the department. Has or acquires the knowledge to efficiently complete the daily procedures needed for departmental success. Stocks, prepares, packages, and maintains product for specific areas for retail sales.
