Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must read, write, and communicate to complete job duties and safety policies.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements and base scores for this position.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools for this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely and meet performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must wear proper assigned clothes and shoes.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at shift start and prepare equipment and supplies.
• Use a U-boat to retrieve inventory from receiving and stock the floral cooler.
• Make arrangements, assist customers, wrap flowers and plants, inflate balloons as needed.
• Keep the department and cooler clean.
• Track and record loss.
