Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a Floral Associate to receive, stock, and wrap flowers, assist customers, and prepare arrangements in our Harrisburg area store. You’ll help keep the floral department organized and clean while handling inventory and special requests.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to read, write, and communicate to complete duties
• Must complete 60-day probationary period
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements
• Must be able to use equipment and tools for the job
• Must perform all duties safely
• Must meet company performance standards including attendance
• Must wear approved clothes and shoes
• Must have 1 year of work experience or technical training
• Must have keyboard skills

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare for duties at start of shift
• Retrieve inventory from receiving and place into floral cooler
• Make flower arrangements, assist customers, wrap flowers and balloons
• Keep department and cooler clean
• Track and record loss
