• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate to perform duties and follow safety rules.
• Must complete 60-day introductory period.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, including lifting up to 40 lb.
• Must be able to operate store equipment for flower department.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare for duties at shift start.
• Retrieve inventory from receiving and stock into the floral cooler.
• Create flower arrangements, assist customers, wrap plants and balloons as needed.
• Keep the department and cooler clean.
• Track and record loss.
