Dierbergs is seeking an entry-level Assistant Floral Manager to join our floral team. You’ll handle receive/sort of flowers, create simple arrangements, and operate the cash register while serving customers. This role offers growth into department or store management with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Desire to provide floral arrangements with thoughtful service.
• Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment (36-degree cooler).
• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area using company equipment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and rotate cut flowers, bouquets, and arrangements.
• Create simple corsages and floral pieces for customers.
• Operate the cash register and processing of payments.
• Process customer orders for in-store purchases and delivery.
• Arrange store merchandise to showcase flowers, plants and gifts.
