Qualifications

• Strong merchandising knowledge and eye for brand standards.
• Experience leading floorset execution and visual updates.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate store teams.
• Proven track record of delivering guest-ready presentations.
• Understanding of loss prevention and safety in retail.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• You drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are executed to Floorset standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment, and identify opportunities to optimize presentation.
• Promote a teamwork mentality, ensuring the team maintains Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team while focusing on guest experience as the top priority.
• Maintain store safety standards and shrink-reduction strategies in line with policy.
