Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in delivering AE Brand Visual Standards. You will execute Floorsets, lead merchandising updates, and ensure the store is guest-ready through effective replenishment.

You will collaborate with the team to uphold standards and keep the store looking fresh. You are a people person with a passion for retail, skilled at organizing, prioritizing, and training, and you will drive strong

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and floorset execution.
• Ability to train and coach associates on standards and processes.
• Strong focus on guest experience and brand compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and ensuring all areas meet Floorset standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and sell-through adjustments to keep the store in top shape.
• Promote a teamwork culture and celebrate successes with the team while maintaining brand standards.
• Ensure store safety and shrink-reduction practices align with policies.
