Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering brand standards, floorsets, and guest-ready stores. You will train the Floorset team, maintain store visuals, manage replenishment and merchandising updates, and collaborate to keep the guest experience at the forefront.

This part-time role requires flexible hours, a passion for retail merchandising, and a commitment to AEO values.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Floorsets and maintaining brand visuals.
• Ability to train and coach team members on merchandising standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and training of Floorset team to meet brand standards.
• Maintain in-store visuals and replenish stock to keep the guest experience optimal.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising updates and opportunities.
