Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering exceptional guest experiences through Floorset execution and brand-standard merchandising. You will train the Floorset team, optimize layouts, and ensure consistent replenishment to keep the store looking fresh and aligned with AE/Aerie visuals.

You should bring strong retail merchandising and visual skills, a detail-oriented approach, and flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience driving Floorsets and merchandising updates.
• Strong organization, detail orientation and time management.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute Floorset plans and train the Floorset team.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards on sales floor and in back stock areas.
• Drive replenishment and sell-through adjustments as needed.
• Support Merchandising Team Leader to keep store guest-ready and visually appealing.
