Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering AEO Brand Visual Standards.

You will drive Floorset execution, merchandising updates, and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready and aligned with brand standards. You will train and coach the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and collaborate with leadership to game plan actionable merchandising opportunities.

Qualifications

• Love AE and Aerie products and translate that passion into store standards.
• Strong organization, detail orientation and prioritization skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Proven retail merchandising experience with visual skills and standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and training of the Floorset team to standards.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards and guest experience on the sales floor.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and sell-through adjustments.
• Promote teamwork, recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• Ensure store safety and adhere to shrink-reduction strategies.
