Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support Floorset execution, maintain Brand Visual Standards, and drive guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader. You will train the Floorset team, monitor stock levels, and ensure replenishment keeps the floor guest-ready.

Qualifications

• Organized with attention to detail; strong prioritization and time management.
• Flexible availability: mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills; retail work history.

Responsibilities

• Support guest experience by ensuring store reflects Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution through training and coaching.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through.
• Maintain team understanding of standards and celebrate wins.
• Champion guest-focused culture and teamwork.
• Uphold store safety and shrink-reduction policies.
