Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to join our California store team. You will be the right hand to the Merchandising Team Leader, ensuring adherence to AEO Brand Visual Standards, executing Floorsets and keeping the guest experience at the forefront.

You’ll train and coach the Floorset team, set productivity goals, manage replenishment, and drive merchandising opportunities with a strong eye for detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on Floorset execution and product presentation.
• Commitment to AE Brand Standards and store safety.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience with Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching Floorset team.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Maintain AE Brand Standards across merchandising and stock areas.
• Foster teamwork and celebrate team wins.
• Adhere to store safety standards and shrink-reduction strategies.
