Qualifications

• Experience in general flooring, construction, or sales is required.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong time and territory management skills; motivated to develop new accounts.
• College degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Account development and territory development through existing accounts, cold calling, telemarketing, lead follow-up, marketing and meetings.
• New and existing account development, site inspections, proposals and material demonstrations.
• Measure floors and estimate material and labor needs.
• Collaborate with sales to prepare accurate proposals for customers.
• Occasional overnight travel.
• Grow and build regional sales.
