The Flooring Estimator role supports the Regional Sales Manager in marketing our flooring systems and materials to end users in commercial and industrial markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in flooring, construction, or sales.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong time and territory management.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing.
• Authorized to work in the United States; must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow accounts through follow up, cold calls, and meetings.
• Inspect sites, deliver proposals, and demonstrate materials.
• Measure floors and estimate material and labor requirements.
• Collaborate with sales to create accurate customer proposals.
• Occasional overnight travel.
• Motivate to grow regional sales.
