QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial flooring market, focusing on polished concrete and epoxy systems. You will manage accounts, develop territory, and lead proposals for customers in commercial, retail, and industrial sectors.

The role demands field sales discipline, prospecting, site visits, and demonstrations, with some overnight travel and a strong motivation to expand regional sales presence.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in commercial flooring required.
• Experience with concrete polishing & resinous coatings highly preferred.
• 2+ years of territory and account development experience.
• Strong qualifying and closing ability with a history of sales success.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
• Solid time and territory management skills; motivated to develop new accounts.
• Valid state driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

QuestMark is hiring an experienced Sales Representative in the commercial flooring industry - specifically withexperience with Concrete Polishing and Resinous Coatings. The main focus of this role is the sales and marketing of our installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems as well as our materials for end users in commercial, retail, and industrial markets.

Job Summary:

• Responsiblefor account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling /prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings


• New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries and material demonstrations


• Provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers


• Some overnight travel


• Successful candidate should have the motivation and desire to help grow and build regional sales

Candidate Qualifications:

• Sales experience in commercial flooring required; Experience with concrete polishing & resinous coatings highly preferred


• 2+ years of past territory and account development experience


• Solid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of sales success


• The ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment


• Solid time and territory management skills and a strong motivation to develop new accounts
