Job summary

You’ll work across departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more, assisting customers while promoting Lowe's services and resolving questions effectively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with sales goals or metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, estimating projects, scheduling installs, processing orders, and following up for completion.
• In the Pro Department, focus on outside accounts and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to restock merchandise.
• Perform price reviews and ensure pricing accuracy and documentation.
• Support checkout functions and train associates on the sales floor.
