Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience.
• Strong ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, provide project estimates and track orders.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to replace stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and department communications.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
