Job summary

Hilltop Supply & Hardwood LLC is seeking a motivated In-House Sales Associate to join our growing hardwood flooring division. This role supports in-store sales, assists walk-in and call-in customers, and drives new business through exceptional service and product knowledge.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, commission-based environment with strong sales performance linked to earnings. You will collaborate with the Sales Team and occasionally interact with the CEO to shape sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; marketing degree preferred.
• Prior experience in flooring or home improvement sales preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Floorzap, or any CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom customers, installers, and contractors in selecting flooring products.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product lines, including solid and engineered hardwoods, finishes, adhesives, and accessories.
• Prepare and process customer orders, quotes, and invoices accurately.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely communication from inquiry to delivery.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams for order fulfillment and inventory coordination.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Contribute to the overall growth of the Hilltop branch through proactive sales and local outreach.
