Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in sales or customer service.
- Must have reliable automobile and auto insurance.
- Ability to work 8 am–8 pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to excel.
- Strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home showroom experiences, traveling up to 85 miles from home.
- Provide expert advice on flooring selections.
- Arrange third‑party financing options for qualified customers.
- Collect initial payments on executed contracts.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and a seamless sales process.
- Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
- Achieve sales targets within territory.
- Participate in monthly sales meetings to stay informed.
