Job summary

50Floor is seeking a capable Sales Representative (Design Consultant) to guide homeowners through flooring choices during in-home showroom experiences. You will leverage our qualified lead flow, conduct presentations, and close deals with comfortable, modern financing options.

You will travel within your territory, earn commissions with no cold calling, participate in training, and join a team focused on exceptional customer service and rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Reliable automobile and automotive insurance.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work from 8 am - 8 pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home showroom experiences, traveling up to 85 miles from your home.
• Provide expert advice on flooring selections tailored to customer needs.
• Facilitate third-party financing options for qualified customers.
• Collect initial payments on executed sales contracts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless sales process.
• Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
• Achieve sales performance targets within your assigned territory.
• Participate in monthly sales meetings to stay informed on products and services.
