Job summary

Refloor in Orlando is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to guide a team of Flooring Specialists to exceed goals and deliver 5-star customer experiences. You will coach in real time, model best practices, and build a high-performance sales culture.

You will own daily and weekly sales performance, conduct ride-alongs and appointment audits, lead engaging huddles, and fast-track new-hire onboarding. A proven leader in in-home or high-velocity sales is required.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership in in-home or high-velocity sales environments.
• Ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Comfort using KPIs to guide decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily and weekly sales performance with hands-on coaching and planning.
• Develop your team through feedback, role-play, and skill-building exercises.
• Make sure our proven selling system is executed flawlessly at every appointment.
• Lead engaging huddles and meetings that reinforce priorities and goals.
• Conduct ride-alongs and appointment audits to strengthen skills on the spot.
