Refloor, America’s fastest-growing flooring company, seeks a dynamic Sales Leader to mentor a team of Flooring Specialists. You will coach in real time, align KPIs with goals, and ensure every customer interaction delivers a 5-star experience.

You will lead daily huddles, conduct ride-alongs, and drive onboarding that accelerates new-hire success while delivering strong sales performance and career growth for your team.

• Proven leader in in-home or high-velocity sales environments.
