Refloor, America's fastest-growing flooring company, is seeking a results-driven leader to guide a team of Flooring Specialists in Nashville. You will coach daily, drive sales, and ensure our proven selling system is executed at every appointment, while mentoring your team to exceed targets and deliver 5-star customer experiences.

You’ll lead huddles, ride-alongs, and onboarding programs to accelerate new-hire success, using KPIs to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily and weekly sales performance with hands-on coaching and planning.
• Develop your team through feedback, role-play, and skill-building exercises.

• Lead engaging huddles and meetings that reinforce priorities and goals.
• Conduct ride-alongs and appointment audits to strengthen skills on the spot.
