Responsibilities

• Guide and develop a team of Flooring Specialists who are confident and masters of our sales process.
• Drive daily and weekly sales performance with hands-on coaching and planning.
• Lead engaging huddles and meetings to reinforce priorities and goals.
• Conduct ride-alongs and appointment audits to strengthen skills on the spot.
• Fast‑track new‑hire success with structured onboarding and training.
