Refloor is seeking a dynamic leader to guide a team of Flooring Specialists in Orlando. You will coach in real time, model the sales process, and help your team achieve ambitious goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll run daily and weekly performance reviews, run engaging huddles, conduct ride-alongs, and accelerate new-hire success with structured onboarding and training. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and built teams, join us.
