Lowe’s in the United States is seeking a Sales Specialist who will be one of the first faces customers meet, helping them select products and turn ideas into real projects.

You’ll become the product expert, discuss features and financing options, and support installation and service, with opportunities for growth, bilingual skills valued, and a 401(k) plan and comprehensive health options.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s retail experience if education requirement is not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state (Lowe’s will support and fund this).

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, providing project estimates and scheduling installer visits.
• If in the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales, coordinating with vendors and other stores to restock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support all checkout functions and assist with requests for help.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach around development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
