Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Sales Specialist to be among the first associates customers meet, guiding them to the right products and transforming ideas into completed projects. You will learn product specs, discuss promotions, and help close sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will work across departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, and more. This role emphasizes in-store engagement, problem solving, and teamwork with ongoing training opportunities and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
At least 1 year in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe's retail experience.
Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; able to stand for long periods.
Minimally lift 25 lbs; team lifts as needed; licensure may be required by state.

Responsibilities

Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors, provide estimates, schedule visits, and track orders.
In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales/services.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores to find merchandise.
Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
Support checkout, calls, and in-store requests for assistance.
Train associates on the Sales floor and coach development needs.
