Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist to welcome customers, identify project needs, and guide them to the right products. You will become a product expert, explaining features, promotions, and financing options to close sales in a fast-paced store environment.

You will work in one of several departments, engaging customers, offering solutions, and supporting a positive shopping experience while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with sales goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors, handling estimates and orders.
• Assist in pricing, inventory, and training colleagues on the sales floor.
• Support checkout functions and storewide requests for assistance.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
