Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking Sales Associates in Daytona Beach, FL to deliver friendly, accurate service and help customers complete projects on a fast-paced sales floor.

The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with base pay starting from $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay possible based on experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions at the POS, maintaining stock, and supporting store operations while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Some forklift certification may be required.
• Basic math skills helpful for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, discuss projects, and suggest products.
• Provide friendly, above-and-beyond service and assist with purchases.
• Keep assigned areas stocked, clean, and safe.
• Collaborate with management to meet sales goals.
• Process checkout transactions using POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges per policy.
• Tag, stock, and display merchandise as needed.
