Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Lakeland, FL to deliver friendly, accurate service and assist customers with project needs on the sales floor.

Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with a base pay starting at $15.00 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience. Responsibilities include helping customers, maintaining shelves, and processing checkout transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills and customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations when assisting customers.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system; handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash handling procedures and create price tags and displays.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise; act in line with company values.
• Demonstrate compliance with safety processes and answer phones per guidelines.
